Team

Mohamed Abdullatif Kanoo studied Economics and Political Science at the University of Texas at Austin and Monetary Economics at the American University in Washington, D.C. He is based in Abu Dhabi, where he oversees the business operations and the interests of the Kanoo family. In 2016, he took over the role of Deputy Chairman of the Kanoo Group. He holds senior executive positions in several other companies and directorships in several GCC-based companies. He is also the Chairman of the Charity Fund of Bahrain-based Abdul Rahman Kanoo Co. WLL.

Mr. Omar Al Katheeri has over 30 years’ experience in wide ranging sectors such as Oil and Gas, Banking, and Government. He was fortunate in getting involved in some of the Abu Dhabi’s most significant start-ups such as Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Dolphin Energy, and the Department of Civil Service. Currently he owns and manages Al Sundus Employment Services. Mr. Omar holds a Master’s of Business Administration from University of Oxford, United Kingdom.

Mr. Omar Mohamed Al Katheeri

Tariq Bin Hendi is Edelman’s Middle East Chairman as of September 2022. He was most recently Chief Investment Officer of Group 42 (G42), the UAE-based artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud computing company that has supported the development of AI Industries across the healthcare, finance, oil and gas, aviation, and hospitality sectors.

Previously, Bin Hendi was the Director General of the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), where he led major initiatives to drive foreign direct investment into the Emirate and oversaw the launch of several international offices to expand ADIO’s global presence.

Bin Hendi began his career in professional finance at Citibank before joining the sovereign wealth fund Mubadala Investment Company. Prior to joining ADIO, Bin Hendi also held leadership roles at Emirates NBD and Dubai Holding. He also sits on a number of boards, including HAYAH and Emirates Post Group.

Bin Hendi holds a PhD in Economics from Imperial College, London, and a joint MBA from London Business School and Columbia Business School.

H.E Dr. Tariq Abdulqader Bin Hendi 

Mr. Bader Jeiroudi graduated from Long Beach State University, California with a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Financial Management. He attained his Brokerage license in 1988 and has since held a number of senior positions in the US and UAE. Mr. Jeiroudi is currently the Managing Director of Sultan International Holding LLC, during which time he has incorporated and managed several other companies. In addition, he is on the Board of Directors for a number of other UAE and international companies.

Mr. Bader Jeiroudi

Mr Sami Idbies a C-Suite Group executive and Investments industry leader with two decades of cross-functional experience across the domains of Investments, Construction, Real Estate Development, Engineering, Strategy and Solutions, have a proven track record of leading and managing multiple companies across diverse industries. Experienced in executive leadership roles, possess the strategic vision, business acumen, and operational expertise needed to drive growth and profitability. having served in both vendor and customer sides. Possessing consummate experience with Telco operators and core competencies in developing engineering strategies, driving business transformation, enhancing capacity and new technology adoption initiatives. 

 He has B. Sc. Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Amman Ahliyah University, Jordan.

Mr. Sami Ibrahim Mohd Idbies 

Mrs. Salama Amer is an entrepreneur and management expert with over 20 years of diverse experience in the hospitality, aviation and investments industry with expertise in strategy, planning, support services, project management, localization, business intelligence, analytics, revenue optimization and business process re-engineering. He has a proven track record of generating profitable revenue and developing successful business strategies. Best scorer of the administrative development program for graduates of the first batch of the program in the Federation. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science Major Business Information Technology (2003) from The Higher College of Technology.


Mrs. Salama Amer Omar Saleh 

A U.A.E national research scholar and Learning & Development expert with over 30 years of extensive experience in People Development and Administration within Oil & Gas Industry. 

Highly qualified and well-motivated organizational development manager with vast experience in successfully leading multiple program accreditation and licensure compliance activities across a government owned national oil company vocational education Institute located in the Abu Dhabi- UAE. His career to date has also included the project management, design and delivery of high quality, accredited technical training solutions and training quality systems. 

An Inspirational leader who offers vast experience in large-scale project management processes, including designing, developing, and implementing training programs, policies, and procedures to achieve continued key organizational growth, quality, and profitability. He is  performer who excels at analyzing project / stakeholder needs, identifying contract opportunities, defining strategies for capturing new business and developing existing clientele, and attaining strong leveraging in competitive markets. He is also an ambitious self-starter who initiates quality staff recruitment that encourages diversity, low turnover, and high company loyalty, along with successfully planning, prioritizing, and managing corporate strategies and team tasks within high-pressure situations.

He has Doctorate of Business Administration – Liverpool John Moors University U.K., 2015.
